Whenever I am settling in for a long stint of potentially uninterrupted music listening (on an airplane, for example. Or maybe a bus. You know.) I think, "What a great opportunity to really listen to all this new music I've been collecting." (Because, obviously, the sort of superficial background listening way I enjoy music in the day to day doesn't really cut it.)
And I give it a try, I really do. And then after about two minutes of whatever highly acclaimed edgy new thing it is, I give up and just listen to Heartbreaker.
Like I'm perpetually 19. But whatever. I've given you perfect driving music. This is perfect long listening music. You don't have to be on a journey. If you want to really channel your inner moping- Maddie-circa- 2006, just put on some headphones, turn off the lights, and lay on your bed (or radio station couch) and melt along to this:

And Now Some Bracelets: More Gift Ideas
I'm sort of feeling ready to move on to something beyond jewelry for gifts, but I feel like I can't stop before including bracelets. We'll skip over rings, because I think they are maybe kind of a trickier gift, but bracelets can't be left out. Check these out. Bangles and cuffs sort of dominate here, because I don't really do a delicate bracelet. Your wrists work hard. They deserve something heavy and bold.
Obvs this first one is my favorite. Its a zebra, after all. Zebras definitely should have a place in your wardrobe somehow:

Earrings That Even I Can Get Behind: Gift Guide
I, myself, don't experiment with earrings much. My round gold studs pretty much take me from leisure to work to play and back again, and, for unexplainable reasons, I rarely feel the need to dabble in other lengths or styles. I'm not sure why this is. I feel like everybody needs one constant accessory, maybe so as to be more focused on the rest of your look. Whatever, I don't know.
But just because I don't want to mess around with a whole assortment of earrings, doesn't mean I don't recognize that plenty of others have that need. Here, then, are some nice suggestions:

Necklaces for All Your Favorite Girls: A Gift Guide
Pricey, but incredible:
Am really into this idea of a solid perfume necklace. I keep a Badger Balm for a cheerful mind in my desk at school which is scented with sweet orange and spearmint and it does wonders throughout the day when I need a happy thought boost. I think a citrus-y perfume around my neck would have a similar effect:
Why didn't I think of this next one? Love it.
Ah, really sort of saccharine, but in the best way possible:
I'd get this one a longer chain:
A zebra you can put something inside!
Gasp! Fantastic! Lord, I love animals in jewelry.
